Lancaster Surge Organization Travel
Baseball is organized to provide a
well-designed, developmentally
appropriate, baseball experience for our
player. The organization does not
necessarily seek to recruit the athlete
with the best abilities. Rather, it
seeks to identify the player that is so
interested in baseball that he (or she)
comes to the program with the desire to
excel and has the willingness to work
hard to develop into a competitive
sportsman.
